What is Lifestyle Coaching?
Lifestyle Coaching is about helping people feel more competent and more fulfilled so that they are better able to find meaning in what they are doing.
Lifestyle Coaching at Finding Flow focuses not only on physical well being, but on all areas of a person’s life as they naturally come into the coaching process. This holistic approach enables the clients to integrate healthy behaviors into their lives permanently.
In each coaching session, the client chooses the focus of the conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice.

As a Fitness Instructor and Triathlete, I know the challenges you are up against on a daily basis. I have helped my clients work towards permanent changes in their lives.
